OrderConnect Change Username Tool

This tool is used to change the username of a provider.
This tool will work for OrderConnect providers that are in Active Directory or not.
If you change the username of a provider and this provider account is tied to a CareRecord,
the CareRecord must be updated to the same value.
This tool does not affect the password nor active status of the provider.

Rules for valid usernames:
• The username needs to be at least 3 characters long but not longer 30 characters.
• The first character must be a number or letter (upper or lower case).
• The username can contain periods, underscores, dashes, numbers or letters (either upper or lower case).
• The last character of the username cannot be a period.
